G&A provided professional Civil Engineering services for this 35 acre master plan commercial and retail development in City of Chino Hills. G&A services included the preliminary and final design of grading plans, parking lots improvements; private and public storm drain facilities, sewer and water lines, retaining wall as well as hydrology and hydraulic, sewer and water analysis. The off-site improvements included frontage road widening, signal modifications, waterline realignment and storm drain facility upgrade.

Project: Fullerton Crossroads

This 75 acre industrial warehouses complex is located in the City of Fullerton. The project on-site design included grading and paving plans for ten (10) large building pads range in size from 50,000 to 95,000 sq. ft., associated parking and drive-isles, storm drain facilities, fire-line systems and water & sewer improvements. The off-site improvements consisted of 24" to 72" storm drain lines, street widening, domestic water line extension as well as design of a new vehicular concrete bridge over the existing flood control channel.
